Acceptable stay with room for improvement
thin walls poor sound insulation
The location offered convenient access to both local attractions and the city center. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
The walls seemed very thin (I could clearly hear neighbors). The sound insulation was quite poor, and the noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms disrupted sleep. People moving chairs upstairs also created disturbing sounds.

clean room breakfast choice efficient air conditioning dated hotel closed restaurant noisy night
the room was clean, that was a plus. breakfast offered a good choice and seemed high quality. the air conditioning worked efficiently, i really liked that.
The hotel seemed a little dated though! it lacked atmosphere. the restaurant was closed over the weekend so there was no option to eat in. the hotel was super noisy at night with doors slamming and loud guests. It was difficult to sleep.

the hotel included many facilities like pools and a spa. my spacious and clean room had a nice balcony space , and the sofa bed proved comfortable.
the spa had cold water in the jacuzzi , and though reported on the first night , it remained unfixed , making the spa unusable .

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone , regardless of the time. bar staff gave lovely recommendations for the best spirits.

my quadruple room included comfortable beds and a clean , spacious environment. towels were replaced daily by the cleaning staff , ensuring the room felt fresh each day. the shower offered hot , powerful water.

the hotel features both an outdoor pool and indoor relax amenities , like a sauna. a gym is also available , though i did not use it personally. the rooftop swimming pool provided a perfect spot for a quick cool-off.

the hotel sits near bus stops , providing easy access to the town center. numerous restaurants are within walking distance in the santa catalina area. a supermarket and cafes with good coffee are also very close to the hotel.
